Volunteer Treasurer – Sydney All Breeds Dog Training Club (SABDTC)Location: Sydney, NSW | Commitment: ~5 hours/month | Volunteer Position
Sydney All Breeds Dog Training Club (SABDTC) is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Treasurer to join our friendly committee. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a well-established community organisation while using your financial skills to make a difference.
About the RoleAs Treasurer, you’ll be responsible for: • Maintaining accurate financial records • Preparing and presenting a monthly treasurer’s report • Attending monthly committee meetings • Supporting the financial health and transparency of the club
About YouWe’re seeking someone with bookkeeping or accounting experience—whether you’re: • A student looking to gain practical experience • A working professional wanting to volunteer your skills • A retiree eager to stay engaged and give backIf you’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic financial tasks, we’d love to hear from you.
Time CommitmentApproximately 5 hours per month, including: • One monthly committee meeting • Preparing the treasurer’s report and managing accounts • Organising for the audit of the accounts before the AGM
